Desaru Public Beach (stretch 22 km long) is located in Malaysia’s southern most point of its east coast, which faces the South China Sea.
Good To Know:
- The beach is not suitable for snorkelling as the sea water is not exactly crystal clear and choppy.
- Dash Outdoors, toilet and shower facilities are near the car park.
- Not swimmable during the monsoon season (between October to March).
- Benches accessible.
- No clinic, rescue team, or hospital that is close to Desaru Public Beach, so play with safety.
Alert:
- No convenience store nearby that you could walk to. Need to drive outside of Desaru Beach to reach the convenience store within a 7 to 10-minute drive.
