Inaugurated on October 21st of 2010, JB Sentral took over the Johor Bahru railway station and has since continued to grow daily. It not only serves as a popular means of travel but also the Malaysian immigration checkpoint for southbound rail passengers towards Woodlands while those heading north pass inspection prior.
